How can I cancel my membership?
We provide you with an easy and convenient way to cancel your membership.
First, you need to login to "My account" page and you can go there by clicking here.
Second, click on the CANCEL link and you're done.
You will receive an email confirming your subscription cancellation.
NOTE: You must cancel at least 24 hours ahead of the
scheduled billing date (Date/Time will be in EST) so that there is enough time to
process your cancellation.
After you've cancelled, you’ll still have access to the website for the entire time
you paid for until the billing cycle ended. Canceling your account simply stops
the billing cycle, so the access is not cancelled just then, only the billing.
Website access will be denied only after your access period has
ended.
